Adelina Monteiro Adelina Monteiro , 85, of Brockton, passed away Saturday evening at her home in Brockton. She was the wife of the late Sebasteao Monteiro. Born February 28, 1926 in Fogo, Cape Verde, she was the daughter of the late Joao Teixeira and Maria Gomes. She is survived by her son, Orlando Monteiro of Brockton; her sister, Clarice Baptista; she is also survived by several grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Funeral Information Funeral from the Russell Pica Funeral Home, 165 Belmont St., (Rt123) Brockton on Friday, July 22nd at 9:30AM followed by a funeral mass in St. Edith Stein/St. Edward Parish at 10:30AM.
