Obituary

Adeline E. (Makepeace) Perrotta, 83 years of Brockton, died December 30, 2007. She was the wife of the late Paul Perrotta, Sr. for 61 years. Born and raised in Brockton, daughter of the late William E. and Cora B. (Nevins) Makepeace, she had been a lifelong resident. Adeline was a graduate of Brockton High School and had been employed as a Department Manager for Zayres Department Store. She enjoyed cooking, reading, her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She is survived by two sons Paul Perrotta, Jr. and his wife Carol of Kingsport, TN and Kerry Perrotta and his longtime companion Debbie Holmes of Noank, CT. She was the grandmother of Kerry, Jr., Melissa, Nicole and Lindsay; great grandmother of Dacia, Cole, Jake, Chloe, Kaz, Cyrus, Julien and Dannia and aunt of many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Elvira Matson, Olive Paraskivas, Marion Packard and William Makepeace.

Funeral Service in the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton, Thursday at 11am, with visitation 10-11am. Burial in Coweesett Cemetery. Donations in her name may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
