Online Obituaries Alba F. (Gabriele) D'Antuono, 94, passed away peacefully on Monday, April 22, 2013 at the Life Care Center of West Bridgewater after a short period of failing health. She was the wife of the late Patsy D'Antuono. Born November 14, 1918 in Quincy, MA she was a daughter of the late Frank Gabriele and Amelia (Feroli) Gabriele. Alba was a resident of Brockton for over 90 years. She was the head bank teller for Plymouth Home National Bank for over 20 years until her retirement. She was a former member of many local clubs and was devoted to her family. She was the loving mother of John Dantono and his wife Kathleen of West Bridgewater, David Dantono and his wife Barbara of Bridgewater. She was the devoted grandmother of Debora Gilbert of Halifax, Doreen Dantono of Andover and Robyn Madigan and her husband Jim of Bridgewater. She is also survived by her seven great-grandchildren, Joseph and Jillian Smith, Julia, Jake and Josh Gilbert all of Halifax and Cammie and Cassidy Madigan of Bridgewater; her siblings, Ida Hyder of Rye, N.H., Louise Cataldo and Rose Gabriele both of Brockton and Frank Gabriele and his wife Gail of Whitman. She is also survived by her numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Lena Oriola, Jenny Gothage and Tony Gabriele. Funeral Information Funeral from the Russell Pica Funeral Home, 165 Belmont St., (Rt123) Brockton on Monday, April 29th at 9:00AM thence to St. Ann's Church, 103 North Main St., West Bridgewater where a funeral mass will be celebrated for the repose of her soul at 10:00AM.
