Albert W. Turpel Albert W. Turpel , 84, of Brockton, passed away Thursday, September 9, 2010 at the Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton. Born September 25, 1925 in Weymouth, he was the son of the late Albert W. Turpel and Mildred W. (Gay) Turpel. Mr. Turpel served in the United States Navy during World War II. Mr. Turpel was a retired salesman. He is survived by his son, John Turpel and his wife Lynne of Brockton; his grandchildren, Jennifer, Melissa and Christopher Turpel; his brother, Bob Turpel. Funeral Information A funeral service will be held in the Russell Pica Funeral Home, 165 Belmont St., (Rt123) Brockton on Tuesday, September 14th at 10:00AM.
