Funeral from the J. Frank Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton Monday at 8am. Funeral Mass in St. Patrick Church at 9am. Burial in Calvary Cemetery. Visiting Hours Sunday 2-5pm.
Obituary
Mr. Yasutovich died Thursday morning at the Caritas Good Samaritan Medical Center after a brief illness. Born in Bridgewater he was the son of the late Alexander and Josephine (Mladzinowicz) Yasutovich. He moved to Brockton at the age of five and attended Brockton schools. During WWII he was enlisted in the US Navy and was stationed on the Princeton which sank. Following the war he was employed by the Quincy Shipyard and in 1986 retired from the Brockton Branch of the United States Post Office after 25 years of employment. He had been a communicant of St. Patrick Church.
He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Alice M. (Uskevicz) Yasutovich, one daughter Joyce Pereira of Attleboro, one son Alan M. Yasutovich of Franklin, four grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
He was the brother of the late Genevieve Pilla-Scholl, Helen Casey and Joseph Yasutovich.
