Allen "Skip" M. Kane, 78, of West Bridgewater, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 20, 2023 at his home surrounded by his family. He was the loving husband of Carolyn J. (Fickett) Kane.

Born on November 27, 1944 in Boston, he was the son of the late Roger F. Kane and Roberta (Boltz) Kane and attended Boston schools.

Skip was a K-9 deputy sheriff for Suffolk County.

In addition to his wife, Skip is survived by his sons Scott A. Kane and Keith A. Kane and his wife Alicia; and his grandchildren Matthew T. Kane and Liliana M. Kane. He was also the father of the late Todd D. Kane.

Following Cremation, A Memorial Gathering will be held in the Russell & Pica Funeral Home, 441 South Main St., (Rt 28) West Bridgewater on Saturday, September 30th from 9:00AM-11:00AM followed by a funeral service in the funeral home at 11:00AM. Interment will in Pine Hill Cemetery, West Bridgewater.
