Angela Swartz Angela (Scavuzzo)(Tibaudo) Swartz, 84, of Brockton, died Saturday, November 24, 2007 at her home in Brockton. She was the wife of the late Benedetto Tibaudo and the late David Swartz. Born January 7, 1923 in Tunis, Tunisia, she was the daughter of the late Cataldo Scavuzzo and Guiseppa (Guarino) Scavuzzo. Mrs. Swartz came to the United States of America in 1948 . She worked for the Avon School System as a Cafeteria worker for several years. She has been a Brockton resident since 1972. She was a devoted mother and grandmother and enjoyed spending time with her family. She is survived by her children, Millie Blight of Middleboro, Patricia Tibaudo of Whitman, and Maryanne Shilonski of Berkley; her brother Giacomino Schivuzzo of Saugus; she is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, 1 brother in Germany, 1 sister in Italy, 1 sister in France, 1 sister in Germany, and several nieces and nephews. She was the mother of the late Salvatore Tibaudo and Joseph Tibaudo. Funeral Information A private family prayer service was held in the Russell Pica Funeral Home, 165 Belmont St., Brockton. Interment was held in St. Michael's Cemetery, Avon.
