Ann (Tartaglia) Ennis Ann (Tartaglia) Ennis , 93, of Brockton, died Sunday, September 7, 2008 at the Saint Elizabeth's Manor in Bristol, Rhode Island after a period of failing health. She was the wife of the late William Ennis. Born October 20, 1914 in Brockton, she was the daughter of the late Pasquale and Vincenza Tartaglia. Mrs. Ennis was a cook at George's Caf in Brockton for many years. She was devoted to her family and was a Brockton resident for 75 years. She is survived by her children, Anthony Ennis and his wife Virginia of Raynham and Judith Dugan and her husband David of RI; her grandchildren, Jennifer Pichering of Rehoboth, Mark Ennis of Raynham, Peter Dugan of RI, Michael Ennis of RI, and Richard Ennis of Taunton; sister of Charles Tartaglia of Bridgewater; she is also survived by 6 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late George, Louis, Anthony, Frank, and Matthew Tartaglia, Lucy Piver, Albina D'Allessio, Fannie Florio, and Mary Bettencourt. Interment will follow in Calvary Cemetery, Brockton.
