Obituary

Ann (Kilbridge) Frawley, age 90, of Brockton, died January 20, 2024, at Good Samaritan Medical Center after a period of failing health. She was the wife of the late Donald R. Frawley (BPD). Ann was born and raised in Bridgewater, a daughter of the late Thomas and Mary (O’Leary) Kilbridge. A graduate of Bridgewater High School, Ann was a telephone operator before her marriage.

After her marriage, Ann and her husband moved to Brockton over 60 years ago. Besides being a homemaker and raising 8 children, she was an avid reader and an incredible baker. She was also a member of the St. Thomas Aquinas Women’s Club.

A very humble and giving woman, Ann lived her life for her husband and family equally cherished her family and her faith. She also loved her two dogs Honor and Fiona.

Ann was the mother of Mary Ryan and her husband James of Milton, Colleen Frawley and her many dogs of Quincy, Matthew Frawley of Brockton, Annie Price and her husband Christopher of Lakeville, Donald Frawley, Jr. and his wife Jennifer of West Bridgewater and the late Alicia Riley, Colin Frawley and Thomas Frawley. Loving grandmother to 12 grandchildren and was the sister of the late Mary Kilbridge, Paul Kilbridge, Catherine Poulin, Miriam Querzoli, Thomas Kilbridge and Clare Kilbridge.

A Funeral Mass will be held in Our Lady of Lourdes Church, 433 West Street, Brockton, on Wednesday, January 24 at 10:30am followed by burial in St. Thomas Aquinas Cemetery, Bridgewater. Donations in Ann’s name may be made to Saint Vincent de Paul Food Pantry at St. Thomas Aquinas Church, 103 Center Street, Bridgewater, MA 02324.
