Obituary

Ann (Crowley) Kireilis, age 91, of Brockton died Thursday, March 17, 2011 at Signature Healthcare/Brockton Hospital after a tragic accident. She was the wife of the late Arthur Kireilis. Ann was born in Brockton, a daughter of the late Daniel and Nora (O’Donoghue) Crowley and remained a lifelong resident of the city. A 1937 graduate of Brockton High School, she was also a graduate of Burdette College. Ann was a stay at home mother devoted to her home and family. She was a member of the Brockton Senior Center and enjoyed line dancing, gardening, reading and trips to the beach.

Ann was the loving mother of Ann Kuliesis and her husband, Thomas, of Brockton; Paul A. Kireilis and his wife, Jeanne Holmes, of Brockton; and Eileen Dickinson and her husband, Chris, of Bridgewater. She leaves her cherished grandchildren Kerri Mangiacotti, Kevin Kuliesis, Alexander and Courtney Kireilis and great grandchildren Savannah and Andrew. She was the sister of the late Robert, Helen and Daniel Crowley and leaves behind many nieces and nephews.

Visiting hours will be in the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont St. (Rte 123), Brockton Monday 3-7 pm. The funeral procession will form at the funeral home Tuesday at 9 am followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Michael Church, 87 N. Main St. Avon at 10 am. Burial in Calvary Cemetery.
