Obituary

Ann Marie Pettine (Cardile) age 68, of Duxbury, passed away on Saturday, August 27, 2022, at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital in Plymouth, MA. She was the wife of the late John Pettine.

Born in Boston, she was the daughter of the late Salvatore J. and Ann (Sansone) Cardile.

She was raised in Randolph and graduated from Randolph High School. Ann Marie worked as a secretary at an answering service company for many years.

An avid Boston Red Sox fan, she also enjoyed dancing. She was an exceptional, vibrant, and outgoing person. Mrs. Pettine resided in Duxbury at Bay Path Rehabilitation & Nursing Center and was referred to as the “Mayor of Bay Path” where she had many friends.

She is survived by her grandson Tyler Keough of Fall River; her siblings, Salvatore Cardile and his wife Judith of Brockton, Anthony Vandermeel and his wife Debra of Raynham, Theresa O’Malley of Delaware, and Diana Bullock and her husband Damon of Taunton; and several nieces and nephews. Ann Marie was the mother of the late Scott W. Keough and sister of the late Michael Cardile.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit with Ann Marie’s family on Sunday, September 4, 2022, from 12-2:00 pm, in the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte. 123) Brockton. Interment will be private.
