Anne P. (Kelley) Smith, 79, of Brockton, passed away Monday, May 30, 2022, at the Signature Healthcare Brockton Hospital after a brief illness. She was the wife of the late Richard H. Smith. Born in Brockton on March 28, 1943, she was the daughter of the late Gordon F. Kelley and Claire (Scanlon) Kelley. Anne last worked as a paraprofessional in the Brockton Public Schools systems. She loved to spend time with her family and time at her cottage in Buzzards Bay. She enjoyed trips to Las Vegas and Foxwoods as well as watching television shows from the 50's. She also loved attending church every Sunday. Anne is survived by her children Brian D. Smith and his wife Corene of Marshfield, Juli A. Caldwell of Bridgewater, Richard H. "Dickie" Smith, Jr. and his wife Kellie of Bridgewater and Mark C. Smith of Brockton; her grandchildren Christine Caldwell and her fiancé Jimmy Abbett, Stephanie Caldwell and her fiancé Ryan Yaghmoorian, Sean Caldwell, Kylee Smith & Mike Morency & and great-grandson to be baby Morency, Dylan Smith & Liv Sullivan, Marky Smith, Justin Smith, Jordan Smith and Emma Smith; her siblings Richard Kelley and his wife Joan and Mary Donovan and her husband Jim; and several nieces and nephews. Anne was also the sister of the late Kathleen Angelo. Funeral From the Russell & Pica Funeral Home, 165 Belmont St., (Rt123) BROCKTON on Wednesday, June 8th at 9:30AM thence to St. Ann Church, 103 North Main St., West Bridgewater where a funeral mass will be celebrated for the repose of her soul at 11:00AM. Interment will follow in Pine Hill Cemetery, West Bridgewater. Calling hours Tuesday, June 7th from 4:00-8:00PM.
