Obituary

Anthony E. Mastrogiacomo, 86, of Zephyrhills, FL died peacefully at Advent Hospital April 24,
2025. Born February 24, 1939, Anthony was a graduate of Don Bosco High School, Boston, MA
and was employed at Stride Rite Shoe, Electrolux, and MIT. He is the son of the late Anthony M.
Mastrogiacomo and Dorothy (Falvee) Mastrogiacomo. Brother to the late Joseph
Mastrogiacomo and James and Beverly Mastrogiacomo of Dorchester, MA and John and
Christine Mastrogiacomo of Punta Gorda, FL. Beloved husband to Mariann Hoffman
Mastrogiacomo and the late Lucille D. (Fishichella) Mastrogiacomo. Loving father of Dorothy F.
and John L. Hamm, Sr., of Brockton, MA, Barbara A. and David N. Snow, Jr. of Pembroke, MA,
Nancy T. and Frank E. Milster of Mexico, MO. Son, Joseph C. and Katherine Mastrogiacomo of
Danville, NH, Jennifer D. and Joseph Larrivee of Brockton, MA, and Susan M. and Sean K. Rego
of Ashland, MA. He leaves behind many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and nieces and
nephews.
He will be greatly missed by friends at Betmar Acres, FL, where he was lovingly known as the
"Mayor of Betmar." He was an active congregant of St. Joseph's Church, Zephyrhills, FL. He
loved to dance and could frequently be seen "tripping the light fantastic" in his jazzy patent
leather shoes.

from 10am-12noon on Thursday, July 17, 2025. Internment immediately following at Melrose
Cemetery, Pearl St., Brockton, MA. In lieu of flowers, your thoughts and prayers are greatly
