Antoinette F. (Zipeto) Pilla, 94, of Brockton and West Bridgewater, passed away on Thursday, November 28, 2013 at the Good Samaritan Medical Center after a period of failing health. She was the beloved wife of the late Ralph A. Pilla for 64 years.
Born October 15, 1919 in Brockton, she was the daughter of the late Pasquale Zipeto and Grace (Cinicolo) Zipeto.
Antoinette was devoted to her family which was her passion throughout her life. She was a retired seamstress and a member of the International Ladies Garment Workers Union. She spent most of her life as a resident of Brockton.
She is survived by her daughters, Grace Cobis and her husband James Cobis of Lakeville and Joanne Carney and her husband Bernard Carney of Falmouth; her brother, Pasquale Zipeto and his wife Faye Zipeto of Brockton and Frank Zipeto; her grandchildren, Jennifer Cobis, James "Jake" Cobis and his wife Julie, Chris Carney and Karen Carney Fisher and her husband Scott; her great-grandchildren, Ava and Jackson Cobis and Justin and Jordan Fisher; she is also survived by several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late John, Austin, Louis and Peter Zipeto.

Funeral from the Russell Pica Funeral Home, 165 Belmont St., (Rt123) Brockton on Thursday at 8:45AM thence to St. Ann's Church, 103 North Main St., West Bridgewater where a funeral mass will be celebrated for the repose of her soul at 10:00AM. Interment will follow in Calvary Cemetery, Brockton. Calling hours Wednesday from 4:00-7:00PM.
