Antonia (Teixeira) Joachim Antonia Teixeira Joachim, 41, of Brockton, died Thursday, October 13, 2011 as a result of injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident in Haiti while vacationing. She was the wife of Romnial Joachim. Born January 28, 1970 in Fogo, Cape Verde, she was the daughter of Maria DePina Teixeira and Eudoxio Ludovico Teixeira both of Brockton. Antonia was The Pantry Steward at Harvard University Diner Services-Bauer Caf. She enjoyed traveling, dancing, hosting gatherings with family and friends, playing guitar, cards, karate, singing, watching movies and most of all playing and taking care of her son Ramond. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her siblings, Cristina Teixeira, Maria T. Fernandes, Lourdes, Invanilda, Jocelina, Lucilia, John and Isaac Teixeira. Funeral Information Funeral from the Russell Pica Funeral Home, 165 Belmont St., Brockton on Monday, October 24th at 9:30AM followed by a funeral mass in St. Edith Stein/St. Edward Parish at 10:30AM.
