Antonio Santos Antonio Santos , 92, of Brockton died Thursday, April 26, 2007 at the Embassy House in Brockton. He was the husband of the late Ida (Pina) Santos. Born May 7, 1914 in New Bedford, he was the son of the late Miguel Santos and Julia (Almeida) Santos. He spent most of his life in New Bedford. He worked at Styles and Hart Brickyard. Mr. Santos served as a Merchant Marine in World War II. He is survived by his children, Rudolph Santos of Onset; William Santos of Georgia; Manuel Santos of Taunton; Veronica McGuinness of Brockton; Diane Ragland Yaden of Pennsylvania; his sister, Anna Silva of New Bedford; he is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. He was also father of the late Stanley Santos. Funeral Information Funeral Service will be held in the Russell Pica Funeral Home, 165 Belmont St. (Rte. 123), Brockton on Sunday at 5:30PM. Calling hours will be held in the funeral home before the service from 2:00PM-5:30PM. Interment will be held at a later date.
