April Vitello, age 46, passed away unexpectedly on August 12, 2019. Daughter of Marilyn (Clement) McGettigan of Randolph and the late Daniel Vitello. She was the life partner of Richard Matranga and leaves her children Richard Vitello and Emily Vitello and her granddaughter Gianna Vitello, who loved her so very much. She also leaves her sister Leann and Sean Murphy of Norwood and her brother Robert and Hailee McGettigan of Avon, as well as her cousin Andrea Clement of Braintree who was more like a sister. She will be missed by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins as well as her lifelong friends Bobbi-Jean Hanson and Gina Snell. April loved her family so much. She was known for her Italian sauce and meatballs. Her kindness and generosity will be remembered. She was a wonderful mother and grandmother, who will always be fondly remembered. Calling hours in the Russell & Pica Funeral Home, 165 Belmont St., (Rt123) Brockton on Tuesday, August 20th from 3:00-6:00PM followed by a prayer service at 6:00PM. Private cremation to follow.
