Maraglia of Brockton February 10, 2006, Arthur F. Maraglia, 79 years. Husband of the late Teresa (Alfieri) Maraglia. Father of Patricia A. St. George and Cathy A. Swanson and Art F. Maraglia, Jr. all of Brockton. Brother of William Maraglia of W. Bridgewater and the late Joseph, Thomas and Helen Maraglia. Also survived by 5 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter.

Funeral Service in the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte.123) Brockton Tuesday at 10 am. Burial in Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne at 11:30 am. Visiting hours Monday 4-8 pm. Donations in memory of Arthur may be made to the American Disabled Veterans Association, 940 Belmont St., Brockton, MA 02301

Obituary

Mr. Maraglia died Friday morning at the VA Medical Center, Brockton after a lengthy illness. He was born in Brockton, a son of the late Leo and Winnifred (Corcoran) Maraglia. He was a life long resident of Brockton, attending Brockton schools. Arthur was a WWII Army Veteran. Arthur worked in manufacturing for the M.B. Claff & Son Company formerly of Brockton for more than 30 years, retiring in the early 80’s. He was a member of the Brockton Chapter of the DAV. He enjoyed woodworking of all types.
