Online Obituaries Arthur I. Dos Santos, 71, of Brockton, passed away Tuesday, September 25, 2012 at the Signature Healthcare Brockton Hospital. He was the husband of Maria (Lopes) Dos Santos. Born May 9, 1941 in Brava, Cape Verde, he was the son of the late Joao DosSantos and Carolina (Coelho) Dos Santos. Arthur worked as a Welder for several years at Wollaston Alloys in Braintree and Lite Control in Hanson. He enjoyed playing the guitar and spending time with his family. He is survived by his wife, Maria (Lopes) Dos Santos; his children, Joao Dos Santos, Silvia Carvalho, Graciette Reese, Caroline Dos Santos and David Dos Santos; his siblings, Antonio Coelho, Joaquim Dos Santos, Idilia Lopes and Irene Lopes; he is also survived by 17 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Funeral Information Funeral from the Russell Pica Funeral Home, 165 Belmont St., Brockton on Monday, October 1st at 9:00AM followed by a funeral mass in St. Edith Stein/St. Edward Parish, 71 East Main St., Brockton at 10:00AM.
