Obituary

Arthur M. Stevens, 65 years, of Brockton, formerly of Lynn, Died Thursday at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Boston after a brief illness. Born in Swampscott, he was a son of the late Ernest and Elaine (Smith) Stevens. Graduate of Lynn High School Class of 1956 and a graduate of the University of Alaska where he studied art.

He was a 20 year Veteran of the US Air Force and a Vietnam Veteran.

He enjoyed art, gardeningand traveling to Key West, Florida. He was also a remote jockey.

He is survived by his friend of 24 years Charles F. Kelly of Brockton

Son of the late Ernest and Elaine (Smith) Stevens, brother of the late George, Ernest and Shirley Stevens A private gathering will be held at the Massachusetts NationalCemetery in Bourne.
