Ashley Katarina Gomes Ashley Katrina Gomes, 23, of Brockton, died unexpectedly on Tuesday, December 8, 2009 at the Signature Healthcare Brockton Hospital after a brief illness. Born August 1, 1986 in Stoughton, she was the daughter of Humberto Gomez and Tara Josey. Ashley worked in Customer Service at Bob's Furniture in Stoughton for several years. She enjoyed music, fashion, laughing, reading, shopping, traveling and earning a living. She was the beloved daughter of Humberto Gomez and Tara Josey; loving stepdaughter of Thomas Calhoun III; loving stepsister of Thomas Calhoun IV; loving goddaughter of Melody Adams; and closest friend of Stephanie Monteiro, Jessica Lugo, and Donte Shelton. Funeral Information Calling hours in the Russell Pica Funeral Home, 165 Belmont St., Brockton on Saturday, December 12th from 3:00-5:00PM followed by a funeral service in the funeral home at 5:00PM.
