Autilio Rodrigues, 80, of Brockton, passed away Thursday, December 4, 2025 at St. Lukes Hospital in New Bedford. He was the husband of the late Maria Rodrigues.

Born on April 1, 1945 in Brava, Cape Verde, he was the son of the late Jose Fernandes Rodrigues and Alice (DaRosa) Rodrigues.

Autilio was an electrician and enjoyed playing cards.

He is survived by his daughter Elsie; his grandchildren Jazlyn, Javien, Shyloh, Joel, Julius, Oymani, and Jazlani; his sisters Arlete Rodrigues and her husband Charlie and Laura Rodrigues; his brothers Adelino Rodrigues and his wife Lenita, and Arnald Rodrigues and his wife Felicidad; and many nieces and nephews.

A funeral mass will be held on Thursday, December 11th at 10:00 AM in St. Edith Stein Parish, 71 E. Main St., Brockton, followed by interment in Calvary Cemetery, Brockton. Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, December 10th in the Russell & Pica Funeral Home, 165 Belmont St., Brockton, from 5:00-8:00 PM.
