Barbara M. (Hardy) Joseph Barbara M. (Hardy) Joseph , 77, of Brockton, passed away Sunday, November 14, 2010 at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston. She was the wife of Elia Louis "Lou" Joseph. Born March 31, 1933 in Thornton, New Hampshire she was the daughter of the late Nellie (Rogers) Roche. Raised in Weymouth, she graduated from Weymouth High School. Barbara was an Office Manager at Smith Buckley Hunt Insurance Company in Brockton for 45 years. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and friends, reading and the beach. She is survived by her husband, Elia Louis "Lou" Joseph of Brockton; her children, Leslie A. Joseph and her spouse Dianne McCarthy of Westwood and Christopher L. Joseph and his spouse Kristin Joseph of Upton; her grandchildren, Noah A., Riley K., Michael C., Grace C. and Matthew J. Joseph; her sisters, Jean Hardy of Brockton and Sharon Waller of Bridgewater. Funeral Information Funeral services in the Russell Pica Funeral Home, 165 Belmont St., (Rt123) Brockton on Friday, November 19th at 11:00AM. Interment will follow in Melrose Cemetery, Brockton.
