Obituary

Barbara H. (Snow) Lenane, 77 years, died Tuesday May 27, 2008 at Kindred Health Care after a brief illness. She was the wife of the late Thomas P. Lenane. Born in Skowhegan, Maine she moved to South Boston at the age of three. She had been a resident of Brockton for the past 30 years. Mrs. Lenane retired as a cafeteria worker from the Brockton School Dept. at East Junior High. Previously she was an assembler at Simmons Industries in Braintree. She enjoyed trips to Foxwoods, Bingo at St. Colman’s Church and time spent with her family.

She is survived by her children, Thomas F. Lenane and his wife Marjorie, Catherine M. Willey and her husband Frank, Michael J. Lenane, Barbara A. Doherty and her husband Jay all of Brockton. Also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She was the mother of the late Kevin P. Lenane of Rochester, NH. Also leaves one of her best friends Karen Martin of Easton.

A Funeral Service will be held at Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte123) Brockton Friday at 10 am. Burial in Central Cemetery, Halifax. Visiting hours Thursday 4-8 pm.
