Bernadette "Bonnie" (Tedesco) Owen, 65, of Bridgewater passed away on Tuesday, November 22, 2022. She was the wife of Robert D. Owen.

Born in Brockton on August 14, 1957, she was the daughter of the late Nicholas "Sonny" Tedesco and Beverly (Hamilton) Tedesco. Bonnie graduated from Brockton High School in the class of 1975.

Bonnie worked for the Brockton District Court Probation Department for over 44 years, mainly and most recently as Office Manager. She retired in the summer of 2020.

Bonnie loved and was devoted to her family and was a loyal friend. She loved going to the beach and spending time outside. She also enjoyed cooking and making special meals for her grandson.

In addition to her husband Robert, Bonnie is survived by her children Kaitlin E. Spina and her husband Lucas and Robert G. Owen and his wife Adriana; her grandchildren to whom she was Nana, Benjamin Spina and Brooke Spina; her additional mom Maria Tedesco; her cousin Stephen Gouveia and his wife Pam; and several nieces and nephews.

A funeral mass will be celebrated for the repose of her soul on Monday, November 28th at 10:30 AM at St. Thomas Aquinas Church, 103 Center St., Bridgewater, followed by interment in St. Thomas Aquinas Cemetery. Calling hours will be held on Sunday, November 27th from 2:00-6:00 PM in the Russell & Pica Funeral Home, 441 S. Main St., (Rt.28) West Bridgewater.
