Bertha (Slezenski) Moore, 92, of Brockton, passed away Monday, March 12, 2012 at the Baypointe Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Brockton after a short illness. She was the wife of the late William Goff and William Moore.
Born October 3, 1919 in Waterville, Connecticut, she was the daughter of the late Steven Slezenski and Margaret (Pulack) Slezenski.
Bertha has been a Brockton resident for 47 years and was a Nurse's Aid for many local Nursing Homes.
She loved to cook, garden and read. She was devoted to her family.
She is survived by her children, William R. Goff and his wife Dona of Maine, Joseph F. Moore of Attleboro and Mary Rheaume and her husband Clayton of North Attleboro; her grandchildren, Thomas Goff of Alabama and Tina Hall of Plymouth; her great-grandchildren, Ethan and Nevaeh Goff; her sister, Anna Granger of Springfield; she is also survived by several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Zopie, Helen and Stephanie.

Funeral services in the Russell Pica Funeral Home, 165 Belmont St., Brockton on Monday, March 19th at 11:00AM. Interment will follow in the VA National Cemetery, Bourne. Calling hours omitted.
