Obituary

Beverly R. (Beal) Hanson, age 73, of Brockton, died peacefully, February 19, 2016 at Signature Healthcare/Brockton Hospital. Born in Boston, raised and educated in West Roxbury, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Catherine (Horgan) Beal. Over the years, Beverly had been employed at Kiddie Products, Bradlees and Home Goods. She loved to spend time with her family at family gatherings and cookouts. She also enjoyed crafts, baking cookies, making candy, and cake decorating. She was an avid Pittsburg Steelers fan and also liked to dance, travel and play Bingo.
Beverly is survived by her children Catherine M. Jenkins and her husband Ray, Vincent A. Boyce, Jr. and his wife Monique, Roberta J. Boyce, and Toni M. Boyce-Novo all of Brockton, and Scott Mosley of N. Providence, RI. She was the grandmother of Brian Boyce, Amy and Joshua Stanton, Justin Boyce, Heather Oddie, Taylor Bridges, and Amber Jenkins; great grandmother of Belle Sampson; sister of Ronald Beal of Wareham, Judith Bell of Mansfield, Michael Fuller of Brockton and Catherine Fuller of Taunton. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visiting Hours will be held in the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton, Monday 5-8pm. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home Tuesday at 10am followed by burial in Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please consider donations in Beverly’s name to the family to assist them with expenses.
