Obituary

Bonnie L. Clemons, age 47, of Brockton, died unexpectedly, September 27, 2014 at Good Samaritan Medical Center. She was the loving wife of Enrique A. Velez of Brockton. Born in Cherry Point, NC she was the daughter of the late Anna E. (Dimsey) and Stephen R. Clemons. Bonnie was raised in Brockton; was a graduate of Cardinal Spellman High School, class of 1985 and received her Nursing degree from Massasoit Community College. For many years she had been employed at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital and Falmouth Hospital and most recently at MES Solutions in Norwood.
Bonnie was beautiful, funny and generous and could fill a room with her voice and energy. She enjoyed time with Enrique, playing guitar and helping others.
She is also survived by two brothers Stephen Clemons and his wife Kimberly of Charleston, SC and George Clemons and his wife Sarah of Goldsboro, NC. She was the aunt of Jack, Megan and Michael.
A Memorial Gathering to celebrate her life will be held in the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton, Saturday, 12-2 pm with a service at 2 pm.
