Brian P. Owen Brian Patrick Owen, 50, of Hobe Sound, Florida and formerly of Brockton, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, April 30, 2010 in Florida. Born November 13, 1959 in Brookline, he was the son of Grace F. (Shaughnessy) Owen and the late James J. Owen, Sr. Brian was a TSA Supervisor at the West Palm Beach Airport in Florida. He enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle, poetry, fishing, collecting antiques and especially enjoyed being a member of the Red Emeralds Motorcycle Club. He is survived by his mother, Grace F. (Shaughnessy) Owen; his siblings, James J. Owen, Jr., Richard Owen, William Owen, Kathleen Daddona, and Amy Joseph; he is also survived by several nieces and nephews, his friend, Patty Owen, and all of his brothers from the Red Emeralds Motorcycle Club. Funeral Information Following cremation, a Memorial Gathering will be held in the Russell Pica Funeral Home, 165 Belmont St., (Rt123) Brockton on Saturday from 2:00-5:30PM followed by a Prayer Service at 5:30PM.
