Brother Savio (Mark) McNeice, S.A. a Franciscan Friar of the Atonement, died Sunday June 10, 2018 at Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton. Bro. Savio had been stationed at the Chapel of Our Savior at Westgate, Brockton for the past 20 years.

Born and raised in Pittsfield, Mass. Bro. Savio was the son of the late Vincent and Katherine (Bourne) McNeice. After his graduation from St. Joseph High School, he entered the Franciscan Friars of the Atonement in 1958.
In his ministry, he had served in Washington, D.C.; Graymoor, NY; St. Paul’s Parish, Vancouver BC and Saranac Lake, NY. He will be remembered as a kind, loving and humble man with a great sense of humor.

He is survived by a sister Ann Costanzo of Pittsfield, MA; a sister-in-law Patricia McNeice, wife of the late James McNeice of Texas, several nieces and nephews and his Brockton community.

Visiting hours will be held in the Chapel of Our Savior, 475 Westgate Drive, Brockton on Wednesday June 13, 2018 from 2-8pm. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Thursday at 10am at the Chapel. Burial will be held at a later date at Graymoor, Garrison, NY.
