Caetano Afonso Caetano F. Afonso, 52, of Medford, MA, formerly of Brockton passed away Saturday, January 5, 2013 at home. Born April 22, 1960 in Fogo, Cape Verde he was the son of Vasco F. Afonso of Portugal and the late Lidia F. Afonso. In addition to his father he is survived by several brothers and sisters and many nieces and nephews. Funeral Information Funeral from the Russell Pica Funeral Home, 165 Belmont St., (Rt. 123) Brockton on Wednesday, at 10:00 am followed by a funeral Mass in St. Edith Stein/St. Edward Parish, 71 East Main St., Brockton at 11:00 am.
