Online Obituaries Carmine Centrella, Jr., 56, of East Bridgewater, passed away Tuesday, May 21, 2013 with his family at his side at the Signature Healthcare Brockton Hospital after fighting a long illness. Born January 29, 1957 in Brockton, he was the son of Frances (Cicione) Centrella and the late Carmine Centrella of West Bridgewater. He is also survived by his son, Carmine Centrella, III of West Bridgewater; his daughter, Christina Centrella and her significant other, Joseph Corr; his brothers, Anthony Centrella and his wife Nancy of Uxbridge and John Centrella and his wife Jane of West Bridgewater; his grandchildren, Joseph, Domenic and Alexxis Corr and Krisandra Centrella; his nieces, Lindsey and Abigail Centrella; his nephew, Vincent Centrella. Carmine grew up in West Bridgewater and graduated from West Bridgewater High School in 1975. He was a Carpenter with the Local 624 Carpenters Union. Carmine enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson, golfing, camping, deep sea fishing, vegetable gardening and spending time with his family and friends. Funeral Information A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday at 10:00AM in St. John the Evangelist Church, 210 Central St., East Bridgewater. Interment will follow in Pine Hill Cemetery, West Bridgewater. Calling hours in the Russell Pica Funeral Home on Tuesday from 5:00-8:00PM.
