Carol E. D'Alessio, 90 passed away Friday August 2nd 2024 at the Nemasket Healthcare Center in Middleboro.

Carol was born on November 9th 1933 in Brockton MA. She was the daughter of the late Richard and Elizabeth Butler. Carol was educated in Brockton and a High School graduate of Brockton High School.

Carol married Luigi E. D'Alessio a member of the United States Air Force. Carol and Luigi gave birth to their son Dale S. D'Alessio in October of 1956. They raised their family in Brockton on Benham Street.

Carol was employed as a Payroll Clerk for Foxmoor, a clothing store in Brockton and surrounding towns for which she worked and then retired.

Carol also loved being surrounded by family as she was the family's matriarch. One of her most favorite hobbies was making and designing crafts to which she would sell at local craft fairs.

She is survived by her Brother, Richard Butler of North Carolina; her Son, Dale S. D'Alessio of Brockton; her Grandson's, Stephen D D'Alessio of Brockton and Daniel P. D'Alessio of Smithfield, Utah; her Granddaughter, Jill D'Alessio of Miami, Florida and her Great Grandson, Sebastian D'Alessio of Miami, Florida.

Calling hours will be held in the Russell & Pica Funeral Home, 165 Belmont St., Brockton on Tuesday August,13th from 9:00-11:00 AM followed by a funeral service at 11:00 AM. Interment to follow in Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne at 1:30 PM.
