Online Obituaries Carol Ann (Robbins) Eldridge, 75, of Brockton, passed away on Thursday, October 22, 2015 at home with her family by her side. She was the wife of the late Arlon Thomas Eldridge, Sr. Born April 27, 1940 in Brockton, she was a daughter of the late Edward Eldridge Robbins and the Marion Frances (Welch) Robbins. Carol was the owner of the Brockton Cab Company. She was also a lunch mother for 35 years at the Arnone School in Brockton. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. She is survived by her children, Beverly Dragonetti and her husband Jon and James Eldridge; her grandchildren, Amanda J. Prim, Nicholas M. Schneider, and Jon C. Dragonetti, Jr.; her great-grandchildren, John Maiellano and Skyla Murphy; her siblings, Ralph Robbins of West Bridgewater, and Anna Mae Blackman of Brockton. Carol was also the mother of the late Kim D. Eldridge and Arlon T. Eldridge, Jr.; sister of the late Howard Robbins, Fay Whitten, and John Robbins. Funeral Information A Funeral service will be held in the Russell & Pica Funeral Home on Tuesday, October 27th at 11:00AM. Interment will follow in Melrose Cemetery, Brockton.
