Obituary

Carol M. (Landry) Markelionis, age 68, of Brockton, died unexpectedly September 11, 2017 at Boston Medical Center. Carol was the wife of the late Joseph B. Markelionis and daughter of the late Leon and Mary (Violet) Landry. Carol was raised and educated in Dorchester and had been a resident of Brockton for the past 28 years. She loved being a stay at home Mom and enjoyed Bingo and soap operas.

Carol is survived by her children, Susan and Donna Markelionis of Brockton, Joseph Markelionis of Bridgewater and Paul Markelionis of Boca Raton, Florida and eleven grandchildren. She was the sister of David Landry of Randolph, Robert Landry of Everett and Joan Seamon of New Hampshire.

Visitation will be held in the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton, Thursday 10-11am, followed by a Funeral Service at 11am. Burial in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Dorchester.
