Obituary

Carol J. (Shawles) Ross, age 81, of Raynham, died at the Morton Hospital on June 7, 2024. She was the wife of the late Neil D. Ross. Carol was born in Weymouth and raised in Pembroke, the daughter of the late Stephen and Agnes (Cameron) Shawles.

Carol is survived by her son James D. Ross and his wife Antoinette Tripolone-Ross of Whitman and was the mother of the late Eric Ross. She was the grandmother of Ashley Ross of Halifax and sister of Donna Hansen of Raynham and the late Stephen Shawles, Dorothy Ellis and Janet Fopiano. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Carol was a graduate of Silver Lake High School. For many years she was a computer programmer for several distribution companies in the area. For the past 30 years, Carol lived in Raynham after living in Easton.

Carol loved to spend time with her family. She was an avid reader and adored animals. She was loving, kind and patient

Services for Carol will be held at Pine Hill Cemetery, West Bridgewater on Saturday June 22, 2024 at 10 am. All are welcome to attend.
