Obituary

Carole S. Taranto age 81 of Mansfield died Saturday March 7, 2020 at the Village at Willow Crossing Assisted Living in Mansfield. She was affectionately called Queenie or The Queen. Before moving to Mansfield, she had lived in Norton for over 25 years.

Carole was born and raised in Malden and was a graduate of Malden High School. Following graduation she attended Cambridge Academy Secretarial School. Carole was primarily a homemaker devoted to caring for her family and home.

Carole had been a member of the Norton Country Club where she enjoyed socializing, sunshine and the swimming pool. She was also a fashionista who loved shopping.
Most importantly, Carole loved to laugh and enjoy a good joke. Her family always came first.

Carole was the mother of Eric L. Taranto and Sheryl Rudokas both of Mansfield and was the grandmother of Zachary, Clay and Troy Taranto and Jessica Rudokas. She was the sister of Stanley Zola of Florida and the late Eunice Zola.

Graveside Services were held at Sharon Memorial Park on March 10, 2020.
