Pelton of Brockton, February 4, 2005, Catherine L. (Donovan) Pelton, 57 years. Mother of Derek J. Pelton and Kerri E. Pelton both of Brockton. Special great aunt of Connor D. Rogan.

Funeral from the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton Tuesday at 8 am. Funeral Mass in St. Edith Stein Church at 9 am. Burial at a later date in St. Patrick Cemetery, Brockton. Visiting hours Monday 4-8 pm.

Obituary

Catherine L. (Donovan) Pelton died Friday morning at the Brockton Hospital after a period of failing health. She was born and raised in Brockton, daughter of the late George F. and E. Doris (Sheehan) Donovan. She had been a graduate of St. Patrick School, Class of 1965 and had been a devoted employee of D’Angelos in Brockton for 26 years. She was a member of Irelands Own and the South Shore Irish American Society and enjoyed bird watching and spending time with her great nephew, Connor.

She is survived by a son, Derek J. Pelton and a daughter, Kerri E. Pelton both of Brockton, seven brothers, Jay Donovan of Bridgewater, William Donovan of Brockton, Michael Donovan of Whitman, George Donovan of Avon, Kevin Donovan, Gregory Donovan and Christopher Donovan all of Brockton, three sisters, Denise Crocker of Centerville, Elaine Cox of E. Bridgewater and Rosemary Rogan of W. Bridgewater, many nieces and nephews and a special great nephew Connor D. Rogan.

She was the sister of the late James Donovan, Bryan Donovan and Kerry Donovan
