Born February 23, 1931 in Terre Neuve Gonaives, Haiti, she was the daughter of the late Ancene Charles and Melanie (Jean-Baptiste) Charles. Cecile was a retired seamstress. She is survived by her children, Joseph Fritz Cherilus, Jean D. Cherilus, Edouard Cherilus, Gary Cherilus, Betty Cherilus-Laroche and Samuel Cherilus; her grandchildren, Pharah Petria Cherilus, Carl Mathieu Cherilus, Jordany Cherilus, Christian Cherilus, Cynthia Cherilus, Darla Cherilus, Wensley Cherilus, David G. Cherilus, Fabio Leonard Cherilus, Iabentz Cherilus, Kevin Cherilus, Junior Gary Cherilus, Begothy Laroche, Macken Laroche, Rebecca Laroche, Chamston Cherilus and Gwaishmee Cherilus; her great-grandchildren, Eli Davis and Emmanuel Davis; her other cousins, nieces and nephews, Jachieur, Jean Baptiste, Pierre Lus, Charles, Derival and Delure. Funeral Information Funeral services will be held in the United Evangelical Christian Church, 144 Belmont Ave., Brockton on Saturday, September 3rd at 9:00AM.
