Chantal Roy, age 53, of Brockton, MA, passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 6, 2019, at Brigham & Women Hospital in Boston, surrounded by her loving family.

Born in Jacmel, Haiti, Chantal was the beloved daughter of Rosanie Barthelemny and Antoine Fleurigiste Roy. She was the epitome of love and devotion, especially to her cherished daughter, Sara Theodat. Alongside her siblings, Victoria Lafontant, Remusat Roy, Wilfrid Roy, Roseline Roy, Francis Roy, the late Anitte Roy, Rosanie Alexis, Marie Lourde Maxis, and three late Jean Claude Roy, she cultivated a close-knit family filled with cherished memories.

At the age of 19, Chantal embarked on a journey to Boston, MA, where she eventually found her calling as a CNA. Known for her nurturing spirit, Chantal touched many lives with her kindness and affection. Her culinary skills were unmatched, and she delighted in sharing her talents with those around her. Chantal will be fondly remembered for her vibrant personality and unwavering love for her family.

As we bid farewell to Chantal Roy, we honor a life brimming with love, family, and faith. Her legacy of enduring love and a life lived to the fullest will forever remain in our hearts. Though deeply missed, Chantal's presence will be cherished with gratitude for the joy she brought into our lives.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend at Russell & Pica Funeral Home, 165 Belmont St., (Rt123) Brockton on Saturday, January 12th, 2019 from 8:00AM-10:00AM followed by a funeral service in the funeral home at 10:00AM.
