Charles "Chuck" Harvey Charles Edward Patrick "Chuck" Harvey, 69, of Halifax, passed away Monday, July 25, 2011 at the Signature Healthcare Brockton Hospital after a period of failing health. He was the husband of the late Peggy Kiernan. Chuck was known for making people laugh with a joke and a smile. He was an avid Boston Sports fan and enjoyed playing the lottery. He most of all enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren. Originally from Boston, He has been a resident of Halifax for over 18 years. He is survived by his loving daughters, Ann Kiernan, Carol Kiernan and Christine Mussari and her husband Phillip all of Brockton; his adored grandchildren, Abigale, Danielle, Kevin Patrick and Aiden; his cherished brother, Billy Harvey and Kathy Watts of Halifax. He was the son of the late Gertrude Harvey and brother of the late Roy Harvey. Funeral Information Following cremation, a Memorial Mass will be celebrated in Our Lady of Lourdes Church, 433 West St., Brockton on Friday, July 29th at 9:00AM.
