Charles R. Hopkins, 85, of West Bridgewater, passed away Monday, April 29, 2024 at the Ellis Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. He was the husband of Linda (Anderson) Hopkins.

Born February 13, 1939 in Brockton, he was the son of the late Harold Hopkins and Florence (Boudreau) Hopkins.

Charles "Hop" grew up in Avon MA where he lived for many years until moving to West Bridgewater. He worked as a supervisor at Shaws Distribution Center for over 30 years. He enjoyed spending time at his vacation house in Naples Maine, motorcycle riding and snowmobiling for many years.

He leaves behind two sons, Robert and Terri Hopkins of East Bridgewater MA and Grant and Diane of Avon MA; and many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Charles is also survived by his step daughter Ann Marie Anderson of Norton MA and was predeceased by his stepson Edward Anderson.  He was the brother of the late Ralph Hopkins and Frederick Hopkins.

Following Cremation, A Memorial Gathering will be held in the Russell & Pica Funeral Home, 441 South Main St., (Rt28) West Bridgewater, on Saturday, May 11th from 1:00PM – 3:30PM followed by a Memorial Service in the Funeral Home at 3:30PM.
