Charles Eddie Stewart, 82, of Baldwyn, Mississippi passed away on Thursday, February 27, 2020 at Season's Hospice in Milton. He was the husband of Ruby M. (Jones) Stewart. Born on March 28, 1937 in Baldwyn, Mississippi Charles was the son of the late Roy Stewart and Bessie L. (Agnew) Stewart. Charles enjoyed hunting, fishing, bible study and spending time with his family. In addition to his wife Ruby, Charles is survived by his children, Charles and Brenda Stewart, Lanae and Darvin Anderson, Kevin and Latarsha Stewart, Latisha and Eval Silvera and Lawanda Stewart; his stepchildren, Patricia Williams, Claudette and Bennett Blot, Shelte Jones, Michael Jones, Stanley Jones and Shawn and Charm Rutherford; his siblings, Bishop Paul and Earline Stewart, Helen Moore, Myrtle Jean and Sonny Prentiss Robins; and 21 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. He was also the brother of the late Vern Hudson and Barbara Merriweather. Calling hours in Mount Moriah Baptist Church, 24 Pleasant St., Brockton on Saturday, March 7th from 8:00-10:00AM followed by a funeral service in the church at 10:00AM. Interment will follow in Melrose Cemetery, Brockton.
