Our beloved father, Charlie Truman Brown, passed away peacefully on 5/21/2025 at the age of 79. Charlie was born on 1/31/1946 in Pineville, SC to the late Henry and Lovett Brown.

He was a devoted husband to Lula McCoy Brown for over 45 years and a caring father to Tamara, Towanda, Anton, Rolett, Sonji, Shervonne, Ruby, and Sandra. He is a proud grandfather of nineteen grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren. Two brothers, Ted and Jimmy, and a host of other relatives including his close nephews Harold and Junior.

He was passionate about working with the Massachusetts Transportation Department as a MBTA Driver.

Some will remember him as "Two Cup Charlie," and all will remember him as the man who will have had the shininess ride in town. The Brockton community/family will miss seeing Charlie being in the yard moving around or seeing him outside washing his car in the snow, sleet, or rain.

His gentle nature and unwavering social demeanor to all.

A celebration of life will be held at the Lincoln Congregational Church at 10am on Friday, May30th.
