Howard of Brockton, formerly of New Bedford, October 1, 2003 Charlotte (Casey) Howard, 83 years. Wife of the late Chester A. Howard. Mother of Robert A. Howard of Canton; Ann T. Barnes and her husband Donald of Sanford, FL. and Jean B. Howard and her husband Paul Stasiukiewicz of Whitman. Grandmother of Rebecca and Robert Howard, Jr; Gregoryand Donald Barnes, Jr; Carrie Laird; Sarah, Lauren and Halie Stasiukiewicz.

Funeral Service in the J. Frank Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) BrocktonSaturday at a time to be announced. Burial in Union Cemetery, Holbrook. Visiting hours Friday 4-8 pm.

Obituary

Mrs. Howard died Wednesday morning at Baypointe Rehabilitation and Skilled Care Center in Brockton, after a period of failing health. Born and raised in New Bedford, daughter of the late Edward E. and Rebecca (Davis) Casey. Resident of Brockton since 1958. Graduate of New Bedford High School.

She was a homemaker at her own home. Past member of the Ivy Circle Women’s Club in New Bedford. Mrs. Howard enjoyed playing golf and ceramics.

Survived by a son, Robert A. Howard of Canton; two daughters, Ann T. Barnes and her husband Donald of Sanford, FL. and Jean B. Howard and her husband Paul Stasiukiewicz of Whitman, 8 grandchildren, Robert, Jr; Rebecca Howard; Donald Jr; Gregory Barnes; Carrie Laird; Sarah, Lauren and Halie Stasiukiewicz, 2 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Wife of the late Chester A. Howard and sister of the late Doris Casey, Eliot Casey and Edward Casey.
