With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Chia Chue Khang, a loving husband, devoted father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and great-great-grandfather. He passed away February 1, 2026 surrounded by the love of his family.
Chia Chue Khang was the foundation of a strong and loving family. Known for his strength, wisdom, and quiet devotion, he built a legacy rooted in love, resilience, and togetherness. He honorably served as a soldier during the Secret War in Laos and was later recognized as a United States Veteran, reflecting a life marked by courage, sacrifice, and service. In the 1980's he moved to the United States with his wife and children from Laos in search of a better future for his family. His sacrifices laid the foundation for the generations that followed.
He is survived by his wife Chia Yang Khang, and nine children: daughter Mee Khang and husband Chue Nhia Vang; son Chou Khang and wife Fang Khang; son Ya Khang and wife Kristin Khang; son Blong Khang and wife Mai Lee; daughter Phua Khang; son Pao Khang and wife Nou Lee; son David Khang and wife Liav Lor; son Daniel Khang and wife Blia Yang; and daughter Pahoua Khang.
He is also survived by more than fifty grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren, each a living reflection of the legacy he leaves behind.
He will be forever loved, deeply missed, and carried in our hearts.

His services will be held at the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont St, Brockton, MA, on Saturday, March 14, 2026 from 9am-10pm; Sunday, March 15, 2026 from 9am-10pm; and Monday, March 16, 2026 from 8am-11am, followed by his interment at Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne.
