Norwood of Brockton, December 12, 2005, Christopher J. Norwood, 23 years. Beloved son of Gerald M. and Kathleen M. (Drohan) Norwood. Devoted brother of Mark G. Norwood and Renee D. Norwood both of Brockton.

Funeral from the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton Friday at 8 am. Funeral Mass in Our Lady of Lourdes Church at 9 am. Burial in Melrose Cemetery, Brockton. Visiting hours Thursday 4-8 pm.

Obituary

Christopher J. Norwood died Monday evening at the Massachusetts General Hospital after a lifelong battle with cystic fibrosis. He was born in Stoughton and raised in Brockton. A son of Gerald M. and Kathleen M. (Drohan) Norwood. Chris was a graduate of Brockton High School Class of 2000 and he continued his education at Massasoit Community College. He had worked with his father and brother in the family landscaping business. He enjoyed playing cards especially poker and basketball. Chris took pleasure in hanging around his home with family, friends and his car. He had attended Our Lady of Lourdes Church.

He is survived by his parents, Gerald M. and Kathleen M. (Drohan) Norwood, a brother, Mark G. Norwood and a sister Renee D. Norwood both of Brockton. His girlfriend Natee Garcia of Brockton, one grandmother, several aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends
