Clement J. Monsini
, 83, of Brockton, died Sunday, February 15, 2009 at the Braemoor Nursing Rehabilitation Center in Brockton after a period of failing health. He was the husband of the late Margaret (Avalone) Monsini.
Born March 28, 1925 in Brockton, he was the son of the late Alfred Monsini and Victoria (Mariani)Monsini. Mr. Monsini was a Veteran serving in the United States Marine Corp during World War II in the Pacific.
Mr. Monsini was a Union Bricklayer at had worked on West Junior High School and the Brockton VA Medical Center. He has lived most of his life in Brockton except for 15 years in Maryland. He was an avid sportsman and golfer. He had two recorded Holes in One in one day.
He is survived by his nephews and nieces, Joseph, Jr., Raymond, Harold, Anthony, Robert, Pio, Albert, and Ronald Monsini, Anna Lindsay, Linda Kirschbaum, Mary O'Connor, Margaret Balcom, Elaine Barnard, Victoria Zanaboni, Diane Pasquella, Patricia Russo, Barbara Plyer, Victoria A. Kelley, Kathy Noise, and John G. Thomas. He was the brother of the late Joseph Monsini, Sr., Ambrose Monsini, Harold Monsini, Deanna Noise, Mary A. Thomas, and Palma Kelleher.

Funeral from the Russell Pica Funeral Home, 165 Belmont St., (Rt123) Brockton on Friday, February 20th at 9:30AM thence to Our Lady of Lourdes Church, 433 West St., Brockton where a funeral mass will be celebrated for the repose of his soul at 10:30AM. Interment will follow in the VA National Cemetery, Bourne at 12:45PM. Calling hours in the Russell Pica Funeral Home Thursday 5:00-8:00PM.
