Obituary

Clement F. Ruttle, 90 years, of Brockton died June 5, 2009 at Good Samaritan Medical Center. Husband of the late Alice S. (Bulman) Ruttle. Born and raised in Fall River, he was the son of the late Henry and Norah (McKenna) Ruttle. Clem was a 1952 graduate of Suffolk University and continued his education at Boston College. He was an Army veteran of WWII and had been employed as a Rehabilitation Counselor for many years for the Department of Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission. Clem was an avid gardener, enjoyed writing poetry in his spare time and was a longtime daily communicant of Our Lady of Lourdes Church. He is survived by two daughters, Terese A. Ruttle and Nancy S. Ruttle both of Brockton; his sister in law Margaret M. Gorman of Brockton and several nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Vincent Ruttle and Elinor Murphy.

Funeral from the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton Monday at 8am. Funeral Mass in Our Lady of Lourdes Church at 9am. Burial in Calvary Cemetery. Visiting Hours Sunday 3-6pm.
