Kelley, of Brockton, March 9, 2002, Colman D. Kelley, husband of the late Josephine R. (Lupica) Kelley, father of Mary Lou Falconeiri and her husband Dominic of Middleboro, Nancy Barry and her husband John of Easton and Dr. John J. Kelley and his wife Maureen of Bridgewater.

Funeral from the J. Frank Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street, (Rte 123) Brockton Thursday at 10am. Funeral Mass in Our Lady of Lourdes Church at 11am. Burial in Pine Hill Cemetery, W. Bridgewater. Visiting Hours Wednesday 4-8pm.

Colman D. Kelley of Brockton died Saturday in West Acres Nursing Home in Brockton after a brief illness. He was the husband of sixty years to the late Josephine R. (Lupica) Kelley.

Born in Brockton, son of the late Elmer D. Kelley and Mary (Kelliher) Kelley, he was a lifelong resident of the city. Mr. Kelley was self-employed and was proprietor of C.D. Kelley Wholesale Beef and Provisions. He was an avid sports fan, especially of Brockton High School teams. In addition, he played polo for the Satucket League, and he owned and trained thoroughbred race horses.

He is survived by two daughters, Mary Lou Falconeiri of Middleboro and Nancy Barry of Easton, a son, Dr. John J. Kelley of Bridgewater, ten grandchildren, and many brother and sister-in-laws of the Lupica family.

The funeral will be held at 10am from the J. Frank Conley Funeral Home, followed by a Mass at 11am, in Our Lady of Lourdes Church. Burial will be in Pine Hill Cemetery, West Bridgewater.
